Eric leads MSSP business globally. Eric joined TZMI in 2009 and has more than 15 years experience in the chemical industry. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and has prior experience in the chemical industry with Eastman Chemical and Momentive in various corporate strategic roles. Eric's TiO2 pigment experience came from Tronox, where he held numerous positions from Engineering to Strategic Sourcing, Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions.



Shen Bing
Deputy General Manager (Head of Purchasing Department)
Hainan Wensheng High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd.

Mr Shen joined HAINAN WENSHENG in 2007 and is currently the Deputy General Manager (Head of Purchasing Department). Mr Shen has significant experience (10+ years) in the mineral sands industry and is particularly knowledgeable on the zircon and ilmenite markets.



Tim Carstens
Managing Director
Base Resources

Tim is an experienced mining executive, with a career spanning more than 20 years in senior resources-sector roles both in Australia and overseas. He has been Managing Director of Base Resources Limited since the Company's inception in May 2008. During this time, it has acquired, designed, funded, developed and successfully operationalized the US$310 million Kwale Mineral Sands Project, Kenya's first large scale mining project. It has also now acquired the world-class Toliara Sands Project in Madagascar.

Tim is also the Chairman of the Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group (AAMEG), the peak body representing Australian companies engaged in the development of Africa's resource industry.



Gavin Diener
Chief Executive Officer
TZ Minerals International Pty Ltd

Gavin joined TZMI in 2008 and has technical, management and business skills gained through experience in plant operation, pilot plant test work, plant design and commissioning, process optimisation, business analysis, operations management and product development. After graduating from the University of Natal with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Gavin spent 16 years in the Anglo American Group working in mineral sands, gold and iron operations. In 1993 he joined the Namakwa Sands project and was involved in smelting and minerals processing aspects and also as Operations Manager responsible for the mineral separation business unit. Prior to becoming the COO at TZMI, Gavin was the head of Technical & Engineering Services and also the general manager of Allied Mineral Services.



Louis Gallois
Business Development Manager
Orano TN

Louis Gallois is Business Development Manager at Orano TN, the worldwide leader in Nuclear Transports, and has extensive experience of Class 7 transport (radioactive materials) around the world. This includes managing all stages in the supply chain (mine, conversion site, enrichment plant, fuel maker site, nuclear plant) and the supporting services linked to such transport (package manufacturing, leasing of containers, support for lashing plan, inland transport, sea transport, licensing etc). His current mission is to identify new business opportunities and provide solutions based on TN International's mastery of Class 7 transport. He previously worked at AREVA Large Projects (nuclear plant construction) and ArcelorMittal in R&D.



Luke Graham
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Strandline Resources

Mr Graham, joined ASX listed mineral sands developer Strandline Resources Limited (Strandline) in 2016 as CEO and MD.

Mr Graham has a broad range of international leadership, technical and commercial expertise in the execution of major engineering projects within the resources (mine and port) and industrial sectors, including mineral sands, coal, iron ore, copper, gold and alumina. Extensive experience in managing financial operational performance and achieving strong business growth in difficult market conditions.

Since joining the Company, Mr Graham has ramped up Strandline's exploration and project development activities across their large portfolio of mineral sands assets in Tanzania and Australia, with particular focus on advancing the zircon-rich Fungoni Project in Tanzania and the large-scale Coburn Project in Australia, as well as building mineral resources further to the north of the country and signing a JV with Rio Tinto to accelerate exploration in the south of Tanzania; Strandline's project portfolio provides development optionality, geographic diversity and scaleability.



Bruce Griffin
Senior Vice President Strategic Development
Lomon Billions

Bruce Griffin joined Lomon Billions in 2017 as Senior Vice President Strategic Development. His role is to lead the company's domestic and international expansion in feedstock, pigment and titanium metal. Bruce is an experienced executive with international experience in mining, oil and gas, chemicals and agribusiness. Prior to Lomon Billions, Bruce was CEO of TZMI (2014 to 2016) and World Titanium Resources (2011 to 2013) and held a number of positions over seven years at BHP Billiton including four years as Vice President Titanium where he was responsible for BHP Billiton's titanium business, including the Richards Bay Minerals joint venture with Rio Tinto and the Corridor Sands and Tigen projects in Mozambique. His career started at Shell working as an engineer and economist in New Zealand, Venezuela and the Netherlands. Bruce has also worked as a consultant for Bain and Company and as a senior executive at GrainCorp in Australia. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA.



Keven Harlow
Executive Director
Zircon Industry Association

A metallurgical graduate, Dr Harlow spent over 20 years in the global metals industry where he was able to marry his technical knowledge with sales and marketing experience. He served as Managing Director of Höganäs (GB) Limited for five years. Dr Harlow became involved with the EU-REACH regulation in 2006, supporting various companies and trade associations with REACH compliance strategies and consortia management. In 2016, Dr Harlow assumed the role of Executive Director of the Zircon Industry Association (ZIA) - the international trade association for those companies involved in the zircon / zirconia / zirconium value chain.



Graham Howard
Managing Director
VHM Exploration

Graham, FAusIMM, has more than 30 years' experience, including 20 years operating in executive leadership and senior operations management. Roles include CEO with an ASX listed gold company between 2011 to 2013. Graham has been the Managing Director of VHM Ltd since September 2016. Graham has extensive corporate and operations experience and a proven record of identifying and delivering multibillion dollar resource projects.

Graham has held significant roles in major projects such as Newcrest Mining Ltd Telfer, where he delivered the project from concept to feasibility, construction through to operations, Boddington (Newcrest) and Silangan Copper Gold Project in the Philippines.



Neil O'Loughlin

Co-founder and Executive Director of Basin Minerals Ltd, Neil led the technical team that discovered and took through to bankable feasibility several commercial mineral sands deposits in the Murray Basin prior to merging with Iluka Resources.



Suraj E Krishnan
Vice President, Directs Procurement & Resin Supply Chain
Axalta Coatings

Suraj E Krishnan is currently the Global Procurement Director responsible for the procurement of all raw materials, packaging and resin supply chain strategies for Axalta globally. He has multiple years of experience in the chemicals space & 20+ years of a proven track record in procurement across a range of industry sectors. He has a proven ability to develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies leading to market leading key performance indicators. He has an established track record of delivering and exceeding on total cost of ownership which include the pillars of quality, service, technology and value for the enterprise and supplier partners. He is a member of the Axalta senior leadership team and is a recipient of the 2016 Axalta Leadership award. He has a deep understanding of the coatings industry raw material supply chain which has allowed him to work with suppliers to develop unique strategies to foster a longer term win-win relationship while maintaining security of supply, mitigating unnecessary exposure and capitalising on market leading opportunities.



Andrew Law
Project Director
Relentless Resources

Andrew Law has over 35 years' experience in the mining and Resources industry in Australia, Africa and South America. His extensive technical and management experience ranges from deep level underground mining environments to large open pit environments to large mineral sands mining and dredging environments.

Executive Management experience has been gained at both the executive operations level and at a corporate level with companies such as, Plutonic Resources, Placer Dome, Mundo Limited, St Barbara Limited, Cable Sands Limited and Murray Basin Titanium. Until recently, he was the Director – Mining at Optiro, a specialist Resources advisory and consulting company.

Andrew's specialist skills are in Corporate strategic business planning, execution and governance; project management; management of feasibility studies; Ore Reserve compliance and auditing (ASX, TSX, SEC, SGX, JSE); project acquisitions, valuations and due diligence; operational performance management and optimisation; mentoring operational management and corporate personnel, as well as peer reviewing mining studies and projects.



Galvin Lim
Principal Consultant
TZ Minerals International Pty Ltd

Galvin joined the TZMI team in 2010 after five and a half years with Deloitte Consulting, spending two of those years in the London practice. Galvin has undertaken a range of assignments in the sector, including but not limited to, supply/demand analysis for titanium feedstock and zircon, price forecasting, cost analysis and benchmarking, value chain analysis.



Alister MacDonald
General Manager - Marketing
Alkane Resources Ltd

Alister MacDonald is General Manager-Marketing of Alkane Resources, a multi-commodity mining and exploration company developing its flagship Dubbo Project, a new source of Critical Metals in New South Wales, Australia. Alister studied ceramic engineering at the University of New South Wales, and is a specialist in technical marketing, business development, and strategic supply chain analysis for Zirconium, Hafnium, Rare Earths, and other minor metals and minerals. Alister has over 30 years' international experience in various capacities across the zirconium/hafnium industry, from mineral sands to zirconium chemicals and precursors, and technical ceramics components, with an in depth understanding of the key issues facing critical metals supply from China and elsewhere.



Peter Malpas
Director
Braemar ACM Shipbrokers

Peter started his working career joining the British Merchant Navy as an Engineering Officer serving onboard refrigerated cargo vessels and a product tanker. On leaving the sea, he decided to attend University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology (UWIST) in Cardiff, where he successfully gained a Bachelor of Science with honours in Maritime Commerce.

On graduation, he joined Fairplay Publications in London, into the role of Data Manager and following the merger between Fairplay and Lloyd's Register's information department in 2001, he was promoted to Director of Information.

Peter migrated to Australia in 2006 and took a position as a Researcher for Braemar Seascope to support clients. In July 2011, he became responsible for the Perth office. Subsequently in July 2014, Braemar Seascope merged With ACM Shipbrokers to create Braemar ACM Shipbrokers. His main role is to support Braemar ACM's clients and brokers with a macro perspective of the dry cargo market by which to make more informed medium and long term decisions.



Mark McCauley
Chief Executive Officer
Melior Resources

Melior CEO and director Mr Mark McCauley has close to 30 years experience in the resources industry and has had significant previous success building companies in the coal and gold space and is looking to emulate that success in the mineral sands/industrial minerals sector with Melior. Mr McCauley's previous experience includes holding both technical and commercial roles within operating Company's as well as leading a private, resource centric investment company.



David McCoy
Executive Chairman
TZ Minerals International

David has been involved in the mineral sands and TiO2 pigment industry since 1997 in Australia and the US. He joined TZMI in 2004 and heads up the Markets and Strategic Services team on a wide variety of projects across opaque mineral, metal and chemical sectors. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University of Technology as well as a Masters of Engineering Management (International Finance). David has worked for RGC (now Iluka Resources) and Tiwest in process engineering, technical and engineering services roles, and in business management and global supply chain functions as a Senior Business Analyst with Kerr-McGee Chemical LLC in Oklahoma City USA.



Bruce McFadzean
Managing Director
Sheffield Resources

A qualified mining engineer with almost 40 years' experience in the global resources industry, Mr McFadzean has led the financing, development and operation of several new mines around the world. Bruce McFadzean's professional career includes 15 years with BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto in a variety of positions and four years as Managing Director of successful Western Australia gold miner Catalpa Resources Limited (ASX:CAH).



Philip Murphy
CEO
Zirco Resources

Mr Philip Murphy, BSc (Hons), MSc, GDE (Mineral Economics) is an experienced mining industry professional with 30 years of experience spanning roles in commodity analysis and stockbroking, mineral consultancy, and more recently as a company director and CEO. Mr Murphy was a highly regarded commodity/mining analyst based in Johannesburg, specialising in titanium minerals, base metals and industrial minerals. After 8 years in stockbroking, Philip joined the minerals sands consultancy TZMI in 1999 and served as a principal consultant and executive director, as well as 5 years as its Managing Director. Following a 17-year career with TZMI, Mr Murphy joined World Titane Holdings as CEO in November 2016, tasked with finding a strategic partner for the company's Toliara Sands project in Madagascar. Following the successful sale of the project to Base Resources in January 2018, Philip joined Zirco Resources Ltd as CEO in July 2018. Philip is also a non-executive director of Diamond Fields Resources.



Patrick Mutz
Managing Director
Image Resources NL

Patrick has more than thirty years of international experience in technical (metallurgist), managerial, consulting and executive roles in all aspects of the mining industry from exploration through project development, mining and mine rehabilitation. He has operational experience in open cut, underground, and in-situ mining and related processing, on projects in the USA, Germany, Africa and Australia.

He has served as CEO/Managing Director of a number of publicly listed and private mining companies based in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia, primarily involved with project development and company transitioning from exploration to production.

Mr Mutz is a Fellow of the AusIMM and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix in the US.

Prior to joining Image, Patrick was CEO of Murray Zircon Pty Ltd, the owner and operator of the Mindarie Mineral Sands Project in South Australia.



Scott Nelson
President & Chief Executive Officer
Titanium Corporation

Scott Nelson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Titanium Corporation, an Alberta based company that has developed Creating Value From Waste™.

CVW™ is a suite of technologies designed to recover valuable lost commodities (minerals, bitumen and diluent) from oil sands waste tailings streams and reduce environmental impacts. A significant new minerals export industry will be created to meet growing world demand for zircon and titanium. Scott has led the Titanium Team through R&D and demonstration piloting to the current phase of site-specific engineering to bring this game-changing technology to the market place. Titanium is now working with Canadian Natural Resources Limited on engineering design for implementation of CVW™ at their Horizon oil sands site.

Prior to joining Titanium Corporation in 2005, Scott held senior executive positions in the energy and technology industries in Canada and internationally including: President of Hess Corporation's Canadian business unit; Chairman of London based Eurosov Energy PLC and senior management roles with IBM Canada, Amoco Petroleum, Dome Petroleum and Irving.



Tom O'Leary
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Iluka Resources

Tom O'Leary is the Managing Director and CEO of Iluka Resources Limited, an ASX-listed major mineral sands producer.

Tom was previously Managing Director of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers division, having been appointed to that role in 2010. Tom joined Wesfarmers in 2000 in a Business Development role and was then appointed to Managing Director, Wesfarmers Energy in 2009. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Tom worked in London for 10 years in finance law, investment banking and private equity.

Tom holds a law degree from The University of Western Australia and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a director of the Clontarf Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation aimed at improving education and skills for young Aboriginal men, having been appointed to their board in 2006.



Graeme O'Grady
General Manager – Marketing
MZI Resources

Graeme has worked in the mineral sands industry for more than 30 years in a variety of senior and executive marketing roles with MZI Resources, Doral and Iluka Resources. Over the time he has become well known in the industry having built a strong network of connections. Graeme has wide experience in various industrial materials including titanium, zircon sand silica, fused alumina and fused zirconia.

Graeme is an experienced general manager with proven track record in the combined disciplines of production, marketing, and business development. His ability to develop achievable goals and create vision is a key leadership attribute. Highly proficient in all aspects of global logistics including multi modal land transport (road, rail, containerized and bulk shipments), along with his wide experience in both international and domestic resources marketing and operations (mineral sands and industrial minerals) is an asset to MZI.



Henry Seiner
Vice President - Business Strategy
TIMET, Titanium Metals Corporation

Mr. Seiner, TIMET's Vice President of Business Strategy, oversees the Marketing, Product Management, Purchasing and Production Planning organizations for TIMET. In this role, he has responsibility for and visibility into all aspects of TIMET's supply chain.

Henry is based in TIMET's Toronto, OH facility which is geographically and structurally located in the middle of TIMET's global supply chain. He has held various positions in Production Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Marketing in his 26 year tenure at TIMET.

He is currently serving as President of the International Titanium Association and is chairman of the ITA Membership committee.

Prior to coming to TIMET, Henry spent six years at U. S. Steel Corporation in Sales, Marketing and Production Planning. His educational background includes a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and a Bachelors Degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. Henry is a native of Pittsburgh and continues to reside in Western Pennsylvania.

Evgeny Volosov
Chairman and CEO
East Minerals Group

Evgeny Volosov is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EAST Minerals Group, a private international mining company with mining and processing assets in Russia, South East Asia and Africa.

Evgeny has an experience over 15 years in mining business – bauxite and alumina production, anthracite coal, gold, copper, molybdenum, tungsten, antimony. In 2009 he was appointed as Chairman and CEO of GPM Asia (lately renamed into EAST Minerals Group), which acquired some mineral sands producers in Vietnam. Then the Group developed a few greenfield and brownfields mineral sands projects in West and East Africa (Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique). Evgeny has graduated Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO).
